Mr Woods has extensive corporate finance, capital markets and investment advisory experience across various industries and geographies. He has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services specialising in wealth and corporate advisory, raising capital for both unlisted and listed companies, structuring, transactions, business development and driving growth for early stage companies.
Mr Woods holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Finance from University of Western Australia, together with a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, and has recently completed an executive education course on Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School, Boston USA.
Mr Woods has held numerous board positions on ASX listed companies.
Mr Palmer holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Property from Curtin University, together with a Post Graduate degree in Mineral and Energy Economics from the WA School of Mines. Mr Palmer has circa 10 years’ experience in the capital markets, specialising in trading and analysis of small caps. He has built a comprehensive network and strong stockbroker relationships across Australia.
Mr Palmer also has over 15 years’ extensive property experience with a focus on development, acquisitions and residential land subdivisions.. He has a successful track record originating englobo subdivisions and pegging exploration tenements with successful divestment of assets to listed entities.
Mr Palmer is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
